He tardado mucho en escribiros, pero espero que estéis teniendo unas muy merecidas y maravillosas fiestas. No he tenido apenas tiempo para enseñaros el look que os traigo hoy, me flipó cómo quedó y creo que os puede servir de inspiración para el comienzo de este nuevo año. 

Para mi las mayores tendencias vienen del continente asiático y quise hacerle un homenaje utilizando una de las prendas más referentes de la cultura china tradicional: el vestido chino o también llamado “Cheongsam”.

 

Nacido en Shanghái a principios del siglo XX, es la evolución del traje tradicional de corte “Quing” o también conocidos como los vestidos largos de la época. A diferencia del kimono, el Cheongsam es usado para la vida diaria, es el traje informal de esta cultura compuesto por bordados florales casi siempre utilizando  la flor del jazmín como decoración estrella. 

 

Esta prenda es atemporal ya que siempre intenta realzar la feminidad, permitiendo la libertad de movimiento gracias a sus aperturas laterales y su característico cuello circular acompañado de broches entrelazados, crea un estilo único  favorecedor de la línea del rostro de la mujer.

 

Lo utilicé como look para estas fiestas en nochebuena, aunque me lo llevé a mi terreno aunándolo con aires grunge. Combiné un vestido tradicional de color negro con bordados florales en color rojo con una pieza de lencería de red. Para terminar y reforzarlo de forma más ruda utilicé unas botas de montaña negras con detalles metálicos.

 

Un look cómodo y algo singular para una noche de fiesta sin dejar de lado el estilo.

I have not had enough time to show you the look I bring you today, it flushed me how it looked and I think it can be an inspiration for the beginning of this new year.For me the biggest trends come from the Asian continent and I wanted to pay homage to it using one of the most referent pieces of the traditional Chinese culture: the Chinese dress or also called "Cheongsam".

Born in Shanghai at the beginning of the 20th century, it is the evolution of the traditional "Quing" court dress or also known as the long dresses of the time. Unlike the kimono, the Cheongsam is used for everyday life, it is the informal suit of this culture composed of floral embroidery almost always using the jasmine flower as a star decoration.

This garment is timeless because it always tries to enhance femininity, allowing freedom of movement thanks to its lateral openings and its characteristic circular neck accompanied by interlocking brooches, creating a unique style that flatters the line of the woman's face.

I used it as a look for these parties on Christmas Eve, although I took it to my land, joining it with grunge airs. I combined a traditional black dress with floral embroidery in red with a piece of net lingerie. To finish and reinforce it in a more rude way I used some black mountain boots with metallic details.

A comfortable look and something unique for a night out without leaving aside the style.I hope you liked it and I hope you enjoyed the fashion this year with me. See you next year giving war and with more fashion than ever.
